OLIVET, Mich. – The Olivet College cheerleaders hosted a two-day clinic for local elementary children last week. The children learned chants and dances as well as jumps and tumbling skills at the clinic.
To showcase what they learned at the clinic, the children performed two dances at halftime of the Comets’ home football game Oct. 29 against Trine (Ind.) University. The clinic served as a fundraiser for the Olivet cheerleaders, led by Coach Mindy Otto.
