Women’s cross country team places 31st at NCAA Great Lakes Regional
SHELBYVILLE, Ind. – The Olivet College women’s cross country team placed 31st (of 37 schools) at the 2021 NCAA Division III Great Lakes Regional, hosted by Franklin (Ind.) College and run at the Blue River Course.

SHELBYVILLE, Ind. – The Olivet College women's cross country team placed 31st (of 37 schools) at the 2021 NCAA Division III Great Lakes Regional, hosted by Franklin (Ind.) College and run at the Blue River Course.
- Olivet totaled 901 points to finish ahead of fellow Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association member Alma College.
- Hope College captured the regional title to earn an automatic trip to the NCAA Division III Championship.
- Eva Bultemeyer from Trine (Ind.) University took first-place with a time of 21:16.2.
- Freshman Abbey Peters led Olivet, as she completed the 6K course in a season-best time of 25:51.9 to finish 127th.
- Junior Savannah Baker posted a time of 26:25.9.
- Senior Kaylee Richardson had a time of 26:54.9.
- Sophomore Allyson Stevens was next at a personal-best time of 26:58.1.
- Sophomore Taryn Campbell finished the race in a career-best time of 27:13.4.
- Junior Sam Susalla and sophomore Tonya Tepin had matching times of 27:20. Tepin's time was a personal-best.
