Men’s and women’s track/field teams participate in the Goshen Invitational

The Olivet College men's and women's track/field teams participated in the annual Goshen (Ind.) College Invitational today at the Eigsti Track & Field Complex in Goshen.

The men's 4x100-meter meter relay team of Pat Clasgens (Livonia/Churchill), Joe Cleveland (St. Joseph), Zach McGill (Constantine) and DeShaun Warren (Detroit/Denby) finished in first-place. Also winning for the Comets were senior Bobby Horton (Charlotte) in the discus throw and freshman Matt Stears (Constantine) in the 110-meter high hurdles.

Olivet is back in action Thursday, April 5, when it competes at the Defiance (Ohio) College Yellow Jacket Invitational. Action gets under way at 3 p.m.
