OLIVET, Mich. – The University of Olivet women's tennis team fell to Earlham College (Ind.), 7-0, in its first match of the spring season today at the Minges Creek Athletic Club.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Earlham swept the three doubles flights to earn the first team point. The No. 2 and No. 3 flights were both decided on a 7-4 tiebreaker.
- The Quakers posted wins in the top four singles flights, while the Comets won the bottom three singles flights.
FOR THE COMETS
- At No. 5 singles, freshman Cecily Sawicki recorded a 7-5, 7-5 win.
- At No. 6 singles, freshman Natalie Frederick won 6-3, 6-3.
