Women’s tennis team falls to Calvin, 8-1, in MIAA opener

The Olivet College women's tennis team fell to Calvin College, 8-1, today in its Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association opener at the Michigan State University Indoor Tennis Facility in East Lansing.

The Comets earned their point at the No. 1 doubles flight where the duo of seniors Mallory Bailey (Kalamazoo/Loy Norrix) and Rachel Vilums (Hudsonville) won an 8-6 pro-set.

Olivet is back in action Saturday, March 17, when it hosts Adrian College at 3:30 p.m.
