SYLVANIA, Ohio – The University of Olivet women's soccer team was on the losing end of a 3-0 final to Lourdes (Ohio) University this morning at Wildcat Stadium.

  • The Gray Wolves went ahead 1-0 with 11:13 left before halftime. A shot ricocheted off the cross where a player gathered the rebound and sent the ball into the goal.
  • Lourdes added two second-half goals for the 3-0 win.

  • Olivet did not record a shot in the game.
  • Junior Sarah Willard started in goal and made five saves, while playing the first 71 minutes and 39 seconds.
  • Freshman Viveca Krolczyk completed the game in net and had one save.

  • The Comets are off until next Saturday, September 23, when they travel to play Hiram (Ohio) College. Game time is 5 p.m.
