OLIVET, Mich. – The Olivet College women's soccer team was on the losing end of a 3-1 score to Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) foe Adrian College today at the Olivet Community Schools Stadium.

Records: Adrian 9-5-0 overall, 4-0-0 MIAA; Olivet 1-6-0 overall, 0-4-0 MIAA
- The Bulldogs scored three first-half goals to lead 3-0 at the halftime break.
- The Comets netted their only goal in the 80th minute when freshman Elisabeth Perez Pablo found the back of the net. Sophomore Kaitlyn Halstead and senior Kate McElhone were each credited with an assist.
- Sophomore Ella Jeske recorded five of the nine Olivet shots.
- Four other players each had one shot.
- Freshman Sarah Willard allowed the three goals, while making six saves in 45 minutes of action in goal.
- Freshman Jordan Hartman collected six saves in 45 minutes of action.
- Kaitlyn Dake scored twice, and McKenna Mahoney had the third goal.
- Dake and Mahoney tallied a team-leading four shots a piece.
- Taylor Fischer earned the win in goal. She had three saves.
- The Comets go on the road to play Alma College next Tuesday, October 12, at 4 p.m.
