The Olivet College women's soccer team was blanked by Adrian College, 1-0, today in Olivet.
Adrian (5-7-1, 2-2 MIAA) scored the only goal just four minutes left in the game. For the game, the Bulldogs had a 16-11 advantage over the Comets (5-6-2, 0-3-1 MIAA) in shots. Olivet was led by junior Cori Barrera (East Lansing) with three shots, all three were on-goal. In goal, freshman Sarah Westen (Grand Ledge) made 10 saves.
The Comets return to the field Wednesday, Oct. 10, when they host Hope College at 4 p.m.
