2012-13: Wrestled at 149 pounds and posted a 32-9 record to earn his third varsity letter … placed fourth at the NCAA DIII Midwest Regional … runner-up finisher at the Wheaton/Pete Willison Invitational with a 4-1 record … placed third at Waynesburg Invitational and Ohio Northern Invitational … posted a 4-0 record at the Desert Duals, with three wins by fall … had a 3-0 record at the Comet Duals.

2011-12: Wrestled at 149 pounds and posted a 34-10 record to earn his second varsity letter … placed second (with a win in the true-second match) at the NCAA DIII Midwest Regional … finished fourth at the Wheaton/Pete Willson Invitational … beat Seth Schaner from Eastern Michigan, 1-0, on a riding time point in a home dual match against the Eagles … finished in second-place at North Central Invitational.

2010-11: Wrestled at 149 pounds and posted a 12-13 record to earn his first varsity letter … won his weight class at the Mid-States Conference Tournament.

HIGH SCHOOL: Earned four varsity letters in wrestling and two varsity letters in football at Hastings High School … two-time All-State wrestler … two-time OK-Gold champ … broke HHS wins record with a 174-34 record … broke HHS single-season records for wins (53-3), escapes (148), takedowns (162) and pins (41) … team captain … named team’s Most Valuable Wrestler … All-Conference defensive back in football.
