Women’s Golf: Olivet was eighth at MIAA Jamboree #2

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – The University of Olivet women's golf team was eighth at the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) Jamboree #2, hosted by Calvin University and played at The Golf Club at Thornapple Pointe.

• The Comets posted a 358 team score.
• Adrian College edged the host Knights by seven strokes to capture the team title, 309 to 316.

• Junior Rylee Honsowitz was part of a three-way tie for 15th with an 81. The 81 matched her career low.
• Senior Rayna Honsowitz shared 30th in the player standings with an 87.
• Sophomore Ella LaMothe finished a stroke behind at 88.
• Sophomore Sedona Bonter completed her round in 102 strokes.

• Olivet travels to Kalamazoo for the third jamboree Saturday at the Milham Park Golf Course. The action starts at 1 p.m.
