UOlivet suffers 7-0 loss to Kalamazoo

KALAMAZOO, Mich. – The University of Olivet men's tennis team was on the losing end of a 7-0 final to Kalamazoo College in a Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association match today inside the Markin Tennis Center.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Hornets claimed the win with three wins in doubles play and sweeping the six singles flights in straight sets.
FOR THE COMETS
- The No. 3 doubles tandem of freshmen Kyle Brown and Dylan Wolfe were tied at 4-4 before Kalamazoo won the last two games to win 6-4.
- After losing the first five games, the No. 1 doubles duo of junior Lucas Anderson and freshman Ethan Way won the next three games before the Hornets won the last game to win the match 6-3.
- At No. 6 singles, Brown lost the first set 6-1. In the second set, he led 2-0 before his opponent won the next three games. Brown tied the set at 3-3 and 4-4 but his opponent won the last two games.
