MARSHALL, Mich. – The Olivet College men's tennis team started its 2019-20 campaign with an 8-1 loss to Manchester (Ind.) University today at the Marshall High School Tennis Courts in Marshall, Michigan.

Records: Olivet 0-1 overall, Manchester 1-3 overall
- The Spartans won the three doubles pro-sets and five-of-six singles matches.
- Freshman Sam Vondra picked-up Olivet's team point with a 6-3, 6-3 victory at the No. 2 singles position.
- Olivet returns to the Marshall High School Tennis Courts tomorrow morning for a non-conference match against Alma College. The first serve is scheduled at 11 a.m.
