OLIVET, Mich. – The University of Olivet men's soccer team was on the wrong end of a 1-0 final score to Hope College in a Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association contest today at the Cutler Athletic Complex.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Flying Dutchmen scored the game's only goal in the 11th minute.
- The Comets had a great chance to score late in the game when a shot by freshman Marcel Jackson was saved by the Hope keeper right at the near post.
FOR THE COMETS
- Olivet recorded nine shots in the game.
- Jackson, and seniors Kyle Buchan and Aidan Reynolds each tallied two shots.
- Junior Nicholas Van Port Fleet made six saves while playing the entire game in goal.
