The Olivet College men's soccer team suffered a 1-0 loss to Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) foe Tri-State (Ind.) University today in Olivet.
The Thunder (6-7-1, 4-5 MIAA) scored the only goal in the 20th minute. For the game, Tri-State had a 20-10 advantage over the Comets (5-9-1, 4-4-1 MIAA) in shots. Freshman Kevin Hagan (East Lansing) led the way with three shots, followed by junior Corey Evans (Mason) and senior Gabe Pringle (Grand Blanc) with two apiece. Senior goalkeeper Will Drogt (Kewadin/Elk Rapids) played the entire game, making seven saves.
Olivet travels to play Kalamazoo College Saturday, Oct. 22, at 2 p.m.
