The Olivet College men’s basketball team had its season come to end with a 106-94 loss to Hope College tonight in the 2018 Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) Tournament championship game at The Cutler Event Center in Olivet. With the loss, the Comets end their season with a 16-11 overall record.

The Olivet College men’s basketball team will host the 2018 MIAA Tournament Friday and Saturday, Feb. 23-24, at the Cutler Event Center in Olivet. The first semifinal on Friday night features No. 2 seed Hope playing No. 3 seed Adrian at 5 p.m. The top-seed Comets face No. 4 seed Trine (Ind.) in the other semifinal at 7:45 p.m. The winners will play in the championship game Saturday night at 7:30 p.m.

University, 78-71, in the semifinals of the 2018 Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) Tournament, hosted by the Comets and played inside The Cutler Event Center in Olivet. With the win, Olivet advances to the championship game tomorrow night at 7:30 p.m. against Hope College, who beat Adrian College, 81-65, in the other semifinal.
