Baseball team ends season with doubleheader split against Kalamazoo

The Olivet College baseball team ended its season by splitting a doubleheader with Kalamazoo College today at the Cutler Athletic Complex. After losing the first game 6-1, the Comets gained the split with an 9-1 win in the nightcap.

The Olivet College baseball team was swept by Kalamazoo College, 6-3 and 2-0, in a Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) doubleheader today at Homer Stryker Field in Kalamazoo. The teams will complete the four-game MIAA series tomorrow with a twinbill at Olivet’s Cutler Athletic Complex, beginning at 1 p.m.

Baseball team swept by Hope, 5-1 and 13-10

The Olivet College baseball team was swept by Hope College in a Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) doubleheader this afternoon at the Cutler Athletic Complex in Olivet. The Flying Dutchmen won the first game, 5-1. In the nightcap, the teams then combined for 23 runs and 32 hits, and Hope won 13-10.
