Olivet College SAAC to host Jock Rock TODAY

OLIVET, Mich. – Olivet College’s Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) will host its first-ever Jock Rock TODAY at The Cutler Event Center. The event will get started at 5 p.m.

At the event, all of the Comet athletic teams will be performing skits, with judges selecting a winner. Admission is $3 per person and/or canned goods. All proceeds will go to Jim Goodnoe, an Olivet housekeeper and his daughter, Susan. They recently lost all of their belongings in a house fire.

“This will be the first time for Jock Rock at Olivet,” said SAAC Advisor Chris Stewart. “We are hoping to make it an annual tradition. Each year, the SAAC members will select a different person or charity group to receive the proceeds.”
